A room for early-stage founders
What’s wrong?
A closed room for early-stage founders to work through what’s actually stuck, with people who will tell them the truth.
“We know exactly who we need to hire next. We just don’t know how to convince them to join.”
“Our best channel stopped converting and we don’t know why.”
“We finally built the thing. Now we have no idea how to get it in front of the right people.”

01 — The why
Most rooms measure who showed up. This one measures what moved.
Founders have plenty of places to network. There are communities for founders who want to raise, founders who want to sell, founders who want to be seen. What’s missing is a room built around a simpler question: is this actually working, and if not, what do we do about it.
Early-stage founders are almost always stuck on something specific and solvable. A hiring decision. A pricing question. A channel that stopped working. A co-founder disagreement that has gone unspoken too long. What they lack is rarely effort or intelligence. It’s a room honest enough to name the problem clearly, and a bridge to someone who has already lived through it.
What’s Wrong is built to be that room and that bridge. Small, invite only, and built around one honest question asked consistently: what’s wrong, and how do we fix it together.
02 — How it works
Three steps. No pitch decks.
- I.
You tell us what's actually wrong.
Every founder joins through a short, honest form — not a pitch deck. We ask what’s genuinely unresolved right now, and we ask about you as a person, too.
- II.
A small, curated room.
Founders are grouped into cohorts of complementary, early-stage builders. Some sessions are open to the room, some are for founders in adjacent industries who can speak directly to your problem.
- III.
A bridge, not just a conversation.
Over a three-month cohort, we connect you directly to someone who has already solved the specific problem you’re facing — alongside the peer clarity of the room.
03 — Our beliefs
Three commitments we keep.
- 01
Value first.
Every cohort tracks real outcomes, not attendance.
- 02
Curated, always.
Smart, passionate founders building in complementary industries.
- 03
Clarity over optics.
We’re not building this to look impressive. We’re building it to work.
04 — Who this is for
For founders figuring out zero to one and are honest enough to say when something isn’t working.
